VINIFICATION

Manual harvest and selection of grapes. Gentle whole cluster pressing, soft pressing and racking by natural sedimentation. Slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in cement tanks. Aged for 5-7 months on the yeasts in cement tanks.

CLIMATE

The natural conditions encountered here are among the most favorable for the cultivation of white grape vines from which give rise to big aromatic wines with a distinct freshness and fruitiness.
