The quality of the wines DOC Lechinta is ensured in the first place by the climate than that of the mineral soil clays of this area. The natural conditions encountered here are among the most favorable for the cultivation of white grape vines from which give rise to big aromatic wines with a distinct freshness and fruitiness.

The specific climate of the area is characterized by the appearance of morning mists already in late summer and well into autumn and to extreme temperature changes between day and night. This contributes to a slower ripening process of the grapes and elegant that maintain aromatic levels and consistently high acidity, elements that distinguish inimitable wines.
